“Greetings in the name of the Lord. My name is Precious from Zimbabwe. I am excited to share my testimony about the goodness of the Lord on behalf of my twin sister Priscilla. Last year in May, we had an opportunity to attend the Interactive Prayer Service with Brother Chris. My sister had a peculiar problem of being addicted to eating paper, not just any paper but those ‘guava’ paged books, as we call them here in Zimbabwe. She would even go to an extent of eating her school books which had this kind of paper. The problem had gotten out of hand. She couldn’t even stop herself. During the entire Interactive Prayer Service, she did not visibly experience anything at all. But in the days that followed, her paper eating spree declined. Just today, when I was talking to her, she told me that she had not been eating paper for a long time, and I can confirm this to be true because I haven’t seen her engaging in that behaviour again. In fact, she said the urge is gone! When she sees those papers now, they have become as undesirable to her as ‘mubonongwe’, a tasteless and unappetizing indigenous vegetable found in Zimbabwe. Jesus is indeed so wonderful! He came through for her and I believe that He will keep on working wonders in our lives.
