“Grace and peace to you, people of God. I am Miriam from Zimbabwe. I want to thank Brother Chris and God’s Heart TV for being there for us. Some years ago, my father started losing his eyesight. We went to eye specialists for medical intervention. He was given ointments but nothing worked. It reached a point when we needed eye surgery – if it was possible. However, after further examination, the doctors said his condition was no longer correctable by eye surgery. He had lost his sight. He could no longer walk alone. He needed someone to guide him. He was always at home since he could no longer carry out his daily chores. Even to go to the doctors, he needed someone to accompany and guide him. My father was so hopeless.
“I decided to send a prayer request to God’s Heart TV asking for God’s mercy upon my father – but l did not tell him. I did not have enough data for the internet to access the Zoom Interactive Prayer Service. In fact, l did not even realise that l had been invited to join the Interactive Prayer on March 2, 2024. I just told myself that l would join the Interactive Prayer on YouTube. We connected on YouTube using my husband’s phone. During the time of prayer, l used my father’s photo in my gallery as a point of contact. During the service, l experienced nothing physically – but l had faith that God would not pass me and my family by.
“A few days after prayer, my father called me saying, ‘My daughter, l had lost hope, thinking that l am completely blind. But l woke up today realising that l can see clearly again!’ I was so happy. It’s now four months later and my father is able to walk around alone, without anybody’s aid. I really thank God! My advice to all viewers is that distance is not a barrier. Just have faith that God is going to touch your life in a unique way.”
