“My name is Emilia and I am from Namibia. I would like to share my testimony of God’s mercy after Brother Chris prayed for me. Before this, I had experienced the heartbreak of losing three pregnancies, including a stillbirth at about six months. By God’s grace, I fell pregnant again at the beginning of 2023. However, at around five months, the same complications began to arise. The doctor noticed that my cervix was starting to open, and I needed an emergency cerclage. In this desperate moment, I reached out to Brother Chris, who prayed for me over the phone. His words were incredibly encouraging, and it was such a blessing to have him call me personally to pray with me. He assured me that the procedure would go well with God’s help—and it did. Throughout my pregnancy, the team continued to check on me and lift me up in prayer despite many challenges along the way. The doctors doubted I would make it past 28 weeks, but by God’s grace, I carried my baby to full term and delivered a healthy baby boy. Even on the day of delivery, the prayers continued. There was a moment during labour when my baby got stuck, but the Lord came through, and I delivered a healthy baby boy. I am deeply grateful for Brother Chris’ prayers and the Lord’s mercy on my life. To anyone going through similar struggles, I want to encourage you: this is not the end of your story.
