“My name is Victoria, and my daughter’s name is Verna. We are from Namibia. I am here to glorify the name of Jesus Christ through His servant, Brother Chris. I discovered God’s Heart TV through Instagram in 2022, as well as on YouTube and the WhatsApp channel. My daughter and I were suffering from severe constipation that doctors couldn’t solve. I could go for a whole month without using the toilet, and when I did manage to go, it was extremely painful. I would have terrible stomach pain, vomiting, and uncontrollable diarrhoea. My family doctor even admitted me to the hospital to try and find out what was wrong. I was seen by a specialist doctor, and they gave me many different medications to help with the constipation, but nothing worked. This problem started from 2024 to 2025, but in early 2025, I sent a prayer request to God’s Heart TV, and I was invited to join the Zoom prayer. Since that day, I have never missed a single prayer session. I kept believing.
“My daughter also has two powerful testimonies to glorify the work of our Lord Jesus Christ. First, since she was born, she was always in and out of the hospital because of reflux. Then, months later, she also started suffering from constipation. As a mother, it was so painful to watch my little child cry every time she wanted to pass stool. The pain caused her to be scared of going to the toilet, and she would cry a lot. On the night of 22 December 2024, I was sleeping with her in my room when, around 03:45, she suddenly woke up crying, screaming in fear, and clinging to me. She didn’t want to be on the bed and kept pointing at something, saying, ‘Mommy, mommy, look there,’ and crying. That night was the start of a terrible nightmare. After that, she couldn’t sleep at night and neither could I. During the day, things were a bit better. I took her to our family doctor, but the doctor said she was active and healthy, and her blood tests were normal. But the problem continued. We even tried sleeping in another room, and sometimes in the sitting room, but there was no change. I sent another prayer request to God’s Heart TV, and by God’s grace, we received a divine opportunity for Brother Chris to pray for my daughter through the phone.
“People of God, that night we both slept until 12 noon the next day. It was a peaceful sleep like never before. Brother Chris said something that touched me deeply: ‘There is no moment spent in God’s presence that goes missing. There is no second spent seeking God that is lost.’ Today, I’m here to testify that this is true. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, both I and my daughter have been delivered from the spirit of constipation. The doctor gave me a device to use three times a week (which I am holding up in the picture), just so that I could go to the toilet. But by the glory of God, I am no longer using it, and I now go to the toilet as normally as God created me to. Thank You, Jesus Christ!
“I thank Brother Chris for being the instrument God used to deliver us. Thank you, God’s Heart TV, for always being there for me and my family. Even when my faith was up and down, your calls and words of encouragement kept me going. I am now reading the Word of God again, and my faith is growing – by the grace of God. My words of encouragement to others: No matter what you are going through in life, always remember Psalm 23 as your way of thinking. In verse 1, it says, “The Lord is my Shepherd.” This means God is the one who takes care of us in every area of our life. We are not alone – He is watching over us, guiding us, and providing for us every step of the way.”
