“Grace and peace to you all in Jesus’ name. My name is David and I am from Zambia. I want to thank God for His grace and favour in my life as a student. For starters, I want to thank God for blessing me with parents who pushed me and empowered me to be educated. I completed my primary school at the age of ten and my secondary school at the age of fifteen. After secondary school, I was praying to God to send me to university. The next year, nothing seemed to happen on the outside – but I knew God was working behind the scenes. The following year, God blessed my parents and I was able to start my first year at university studying Chartered Accountancy. I studied as if everything depends on me and I prayed as if everything depends on God. To the glory of God, I cleared all six courses for that year and now I am a certified accountant in my second year, studying new courses by the grace of God – at the age of eighteen years. I would not have been where I am today without God touching me through the Interactive Prayers and sermons on God’s Heart TV. My advice is to never settle for mediocrity. As Christians, we must strive to be excellent and give glory to God. Indeed, better is not good enough; the best is yet to come.”
