“Grace and peace to you all in the name of Jesus. I really thank God for the life of Brother Chris and his extraordinary and unique ministry, accessible from anywhere in the world. My name is Pierre and I’m from Cameroon. I’m 29 years of age and have battled with laziness, sluggishness, laxity and procrastination nearly all my life. I also had many unconfessed sins from my past which I believe were standing between me and God’s promises for my life. Lastly, I would often have sexual dreams after which I’d find myself wet after waking up. I would spend countless hours every day scrolling through social media and feeding on things that damage my heart but had little or no time to give to things that have a lasting value. Even when I would read my Bible or pray, my mind would get distracted by all the meaningless things I’d watched on social media. In fact, prayer and Bible reading felt like a burden in my life even though I knew they were very good for me. These bad habits had greatly limited my potential in life and kept me in a cycle of failure and stagnation. I hated what I was doing but I just did not have the power to stop.
“After realising that I needed to genuinely repent and confess all the sins from my past life in order for all hindrances between myself and God to be removed, I wrote to God’s Heart TV confessing all my past sins with a heart decision to sin no more. I believed that if my sins are forgiven, then I would receive Christ genuinely into my life and receive strength from Him to stop my bad habits. Shortly after confessing my sins and sending it to God’s Heart TV, everything changed. I started feeling lighter and began to take delight in reading my Bible and praying always. The sexual dreams have ceased completely! Now, by the grace of God, I’m living a disciplined life. No more laziness or procrastination – something I had struggled with for over 20 years! All this happened even before I received an invitation to join an Interactive Prayer Service. I simply prayed along with previous Interactive Prayers on YouTube. Now, I’m free and delivered to wholeheartedly follow Jesus Christ, no longer seeing my faith as a hobby but as a 24/7 lifestyle. And I know better is not good enough but the best is still to come in Jesus’ name. My advice to anyone battling with weaknesses is to first identify and acknowledge them, then make an effort on your own to overcome them while praying and seeking God genuinely to help you overcome. God will surely manifest His strength in your weaknesses as He has done in mine in Jesus’ name.”
