“Grace and peace to God’s Heart TV and team. My name is Cynthia from South Africa. I want to thank God for His continuous faithfulness in my life. Beloved, my life was nothing to write home about. I was suffering from rejection, setback, terrible anger; in fact, I was living with childhood wounds, which caused me to be bitter with men. I lived in deception! My marriage was falling apart, and I wanted myself out of it, as I felt caged in it, and the enemy used my husband to hurt me to the core. Coming from a mother who worshipped idols, snakes would appear from nowhere in the house and visit her, and she would say it was her grandmother to us, introduce us to it, and remain with us for days. I would say I had no life and direction. My children suffered very much at the hands of satan.
“By God’s grace, I discovered God’s Heart TV, sent my prayer request and was privileged to be invited to join the Interactive Prayer Service. Afterwards, I decided to become a partner with God’s Heart TV. As time went by, I noted so many changes in my life. The first greatest change was the peace within me: no more getting angry at small things. I was very calm, having compassion towards others around me. I realised that there was favour in me when I went to shops; people would ask if they could help me. I realised that I was no longer angry with my husband like I felt before. I became closer to God more than ever. We began a Bible study as a family every day and prayed together. Beloved, I can write a whole book about the way God has come through for me and my family. My daughter, who was rejected in all areas, started getting favour and became spoiled for choice.
“God knows where we need Him the most. My testimonies are about more than material but spiritual liberation. I thank God for Brother Chris for saying yes to God’s calling to save souls like mine and many more out there. Never give up on God because even Jesus Christ modelled to us that as much as it was challenging to go to the cross and die for our sins, He never gave up but pressed on. In all that I was going through in life and marriage, I told God that the world would never be my portion because I had suffered in satan’s hands, so I would rather remain in Him until He sets me free, because what I am going through is not His Will. I was no longer praying about myself, but I would just worship Him in the midst of troubles, knowing He alone is God. My advice is: He is in your boat. Call unto Him with faith, not with complaining, panicking, and worry, and He will surely calm the storm. Thank You, Jesus Christ.
