God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Previously, I had many challenges in my life despite being a believer. I had a problem with my eyes and went to the hospital, where they told me to start wearing sunglasses because I used to suffer from terrible headaches. From the time I came into contact with Brother Chris, I remember him telling people to touch where we were experiencing pain and I would touch my eyes. I can testify to the glory of God that I no longer use glasses to read and have no more headaches.
I also had a challenge with people who owed me money, and I sent a prayer request concerning this problem. People of God, I received feedback within a short time, and the people who owed me money have started paying me back by the grace of God. The other testimony is about my two daughters, who got married within the space of two months. My daughters are happily married, and this can only be God.
I remember in one of the sermons Brother Chris talked about holding offences towards people. I had that challenge before, but now, regardless of what people do to me – whether I am right or wrong – I have stopped holding onto offence, and this has also helped me to grow spiritually. My encouragement to people is never to stop believing in God despite the challenges that may come our way. God will never turn His back on His children because He is a forever loving God.
