“My name is Melissa from South Africa. I want to thank God for saving my daughter. She almost drowned in the pool, but by His grace, she was saved. Before this incident, I was eager to attend the Easter Interactive Prayer Service. On April 19, 2026, my daughter almost drowned. We are renting a cottage behind the main house, and there is a pool which happened not to be covered. She went out to play with one of the landlord’s granddaughters, so I just assumed they were playing. Since they were with an adult, I felt a relaxed and went inside. A few minutes later, people came carrying her, saying she had entered the pool. What amazed them is that she was floating, looking upwards as if she had had swimming lessons; however, she has never had any lessons. She vomited the water and has fully recovered. All glory to God – I am still in awe! I now know that when God puts it in your heart to attend the service, He is surely inviting you for salvation. If I hadn’t attended the service, who knows? Surely obedience is better than sacrifice. When attending prayer, it is not Brother Chris, but Jesus Christ Himself attending to our cases. I was feeling burdened, and the feeling went away after the prayer. I want to thank God for saving my daughter.”
