“Grace and peace in Jesus’ name. I am Brother Canisius in Cameroon. I discovered God’s Heart TV in 2023 while scrolling through Facebook, and my attention was quickly drawn to the ministry when I realised that the man here was Brother Chris, one of our beloved father Prophet TB Joshua’s disciples. Reading through his messages and testimonies of God’s goodness and faithfulness in the lives of the brethren, I resolved to bring all my cares to Jesus through the prayer requests that I began sending to ask for prayers.
Prior to my discovery of this ministry, I had so many challenges. My marriage was in such a state that my wife and I would go for 12 months in the same house without speaking to each other, my financial life was down, I was constantly afraid for the education of my children, I was encountering strange ladies in my dreams, my wife was suffering from a very big fibroid, and the list was long.
The moment I started requesting prayers and participating in the live Interactive Prayer Service, I noticed things beginning to change for my good. Regarding my marriage, since we did not relate to each other anymore, I would call the children, and during prayer I would hold her picture as a point of contact. God heard my prayers, and today we are restored and my marriage is so enjoyable, to the glory of God. We love each other so much that we would not even want to stay apart. My financial life is greatly improving, and my boss is initiating strategies for me to be blessed financially.
In May 2024, I sent a request to ask for prayers for my daughter, who was sitting her O Levels, and during the Interactive Prayer Service, Brother Chris specifically prayed for academic excellence. My daughter passed all 11 of her papers, and this year she passed 5 papers in her A Levels and is going to one of the most prestigious universities in town. Her little sister also passed her O Levels with 7 papers, and two others were both promoted to their next classes.
In April 2025, my wife’s health sharply deteriorated, and at the hospital she was diagnosed with high blood sugar. Coupled with the fibroid, her situation became so life-threatening to the point that surgery was prescribed as the only solution to save her. She was in the hospital for a month, and during the May 2025 Interactive Prayer Service, I connected on her behalf. The same day after the prayer, she was successfully operated on and is doing wonderfully today. Financially, I have been able to start a building project and am currently at the roofing level.
I want to thank Brother Chris so much for making yourself available for God to bless His people through you. May the Lord enlarge the coast of this ministry as He uses you even more to bring salvation to mankind. My advice to the children of God is that we should look up to God in every challenge and He will prove Himself mighty for our sake, and our testimony will be restored, in Jesus Christ’s precious name.”
