“Grace and Peace to you all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. My name is Mapalo, I am 19 years of age and I was born and raised in the country of South Africa. My career of choice is one that aligns with the aviation industry – with the hopes of becoming an airline pilot. In order to become a pilot, it is required that one must have a chest x-ray which would aid the medical examination in order certify that you are fit for the job. On 23rd January 2024, I went for my chest x-ray which led to the CXR findings which were suggestive of chronic asthma and my lungs being mildly hyperinflated, meaning they were restricted. Though there was no definite evidence of any acute intercurrent lung infection, it did not exclude the possibility acute bronchitis. A few days went by and on 26th January, I went for my medical examination for the Civil Aviation Authority. During the medical examination, the doctor performed a lung function test which, when observed, led to the exact same findings on the chest x-ray. I was then told my medical certificate would not be issued or considered valid unless a pulmonologist gave feedback stating what the exact issue was.
“In that very moment, my father was led by the Holy Spirit to write to God’s Heart TV on my behalf seeking Gods intervention regarding my health and career. By the grace of God, on 27th January we received an email back informing us that we were invited to join the Interactive Prayer Service which would be held on 3rd February 2024. On that day, we joined the Interactive Prayer Service as a family and Brother Chris led us in prayer. Some of the prayer points were about our careers and creativity in respective callings. He also said we should place our hand anywhere we were experiencing pain or on any parts of our body which were afflicted. I placed my hand on my chest and prayed with Brother Chris.
“A week later, on 12th February 2024, I went to see a pulmonologist. After all the tests and examinations – glory be to the Lord God Almighty – I was informed that I had been healed and that my lungs were normal! They were no longer hyperinflated. I was clear from suggestive findings of asthma, which in turn meant that my medical certificate would now be considered valid. I am healed and Jesus is my Healer! Thank You Jesus! Indeed, it is true that ‘Thank You, Jesus’ is a response from a happy heart! I would also like to thank Brother Chris for allowing our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to use you a channel of healing and deliverance where there was sickness and darkness in my health and career. I know the best is yet to come and I will be back to share more testimonies soon.”
