“My name is Mercy from Zambia. I want to testify to the goodness of God in the life of my 11-year-old son, Ryan. It all started back in 2023 when my son started seriously coughing. Even when he was just seated, he would breathe so heavily. He took different types of medicines for this cough but to no avail – the cough continued. It reached a point where I got used to it as if it was normal. My husband also joined him too in coughing but never adhered to taking medication. By God’s grace, earlier this year, I had a dream where I saw my son half dead in his sleep whilst insects were coming out from every opening of his body – mouth, eyes, nose and ears. I then heard a voice telling me that exactly what I was seeing was what happened when he coughs, because he used to cough a lot during his sleep – almost the whole night. This made me terrified such that I woke up, went straight to his bedroom and prayed with him.
“I then sent a prayer request to God’s Heart TV and was invited to join the Interactive Prayer Service. I joined the prayer with him on May 3, 2025. Nothing visibly happened on that day during the prayer. But I have realised that ever since that prayer session, my husband and my son sleep freely without coughing. Glory be to God Almighty! My advice to everyone is to never ignore your instincts because God’s speaks to us in different ways. During the time he was coughing, I knew something was wrong but couldn’t figure out what was really the matter until God gave me a revelation through dreams.
