“My name is Thulasizwe from South Africa. I want to testify that faith builds character. In 2024, I was in a job where I was very unhappy. The location of the job was too remote. Going to church was difficult and while I did attend online church services, life became so lonely and the work continued to bring challenges which affected my health. In January 2025, I left my job seeking a new start – a plan that aligned more with God. As expected, I was met with challenges of finding a job due to the high unemployment rate in South Africa. On a positive side, I started going back to my local church and praying more for God’s guidance. I attended God’s Heart TV monthly prayers and continued to read the Bible to remember God’s promises and that built my faith. During this period, I saw the hand of God comforting and providing for me.
“God provided and I never went to bed hungry as I was met with financial challenges. God was restoring my heart to yearn for Him and seek Him, for His approval. I continued reading the testimonies as well of brethren from God’s Heart TV and I knew God was working in my situation. I saw God working as each month I had interviews and they were preparing me for a greater role. In May 2025, I went for an interview for a job I had no experience in. By the grace of God, all went well and I received an offer letter in June 2025. This is all God’s work and each day, my faith builds up as I read the Bible and see the good work He is doing in my life. The Lord is my Shepherd and in Him, I lack nothing. We have been called to believe because in Jesus, we are free indeed. Thank you, God’s Heart TV and Brother Chris, for allowing God to use you to minister in our lives. It is only now I understand the courage of leaving my previous job in January 2025.My soul was yearning for Jesus and I am glad I found Him!”
