“Hello, people of God! I am Geraldine from the Philippines. I had been suffering from a thyroid problem. In November last year, I experienced sudden weight loss and began having palpitations. As a nurse by profession, I knew I needed bloodwork to understand what was happening in my body. By December 2024, I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I consulted an endocrinologist, who prescribed medications to lower my thyroid hormone levels. However, after taking the medication, my condition shifted to hypothyroidism. When she advised me to take medication for life, I chose not to, but instead prayed to the Lord for supernatural healing. It was a very challenging time because the thyroid affects many essential bodily functions, including metabolism, hormone regulation, and sleep. Since 2022, I have also struggled with insomnia. This has been both exhausting and discouraging, as there were times I had to go to work without any sleep.
“During those sleepless nights, I would experience disturbing and demonic dreams, often seeing snakes. Yet, on many occasions, I also experienced God’s intervention and deliverance in those dreams. I firmly believe there was a spiritual dimension to my illness. After discovering God’s Heart TV, I began faithfully watching and listening to Brother Chris. On September 6, 2025, I joined the live Interactive Prayer Service. During the prayer session, I placed my hand on my neck, specifically where the thyroid gland is located. I began to yawn repeatedly, and although I wasn’t crying, tears started to flow. I believe this was a sign of deliverance. On September 30, 2025, I underwent another thyroid scan and blood tests. To my amazement, all my results came back normal. I was overjoyed and deeply grateful to the Lord for His graciousness and faithfulness. After nearly a year of wrestling and praying for healing, my faith has been restored and strengthened. Truly, nothing is too hard for the Lord to handle. His mercies are new every morning!
