“Grace and peace to you in Jesus’ name. My name is Letisia from Namibia. I want to testify to the goodness of God and what He has done for me through His servant, Brother Chris. I had been in a cycle of depression that started in 2023. Every year, the cycle just repeated itself. This situation caused me to overthink, which led to heart palpitations, confusion, and negative thoughts. It affected me greatly as a graduate trying to study for my interviews; I used to find it hard to concentrate and especially difficult to understand what I was studying. I discovered God’s Heart TV online and began engaging with the Zoom prayers with Brother Chris. I then began seeing changes in my concentration. My heart was no longer beating as fast as usual; the pace was reducing every week. In November 2025, I was privileged to receive a call on WhatsApp from Brother Chris, encouraging my faith and teaching me how to stop overthinking and entertaining negative thoughts. Since then, I am free from everything! My spiritual life is better than before; I no longer have heart palpitations, I can now study for my interviews with understanding, and I no longer overthink or entertain negative thoughts!
