“Greetings, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. My name is Phallys from Lilongwe, Malawi. I would like to share my testimony about my firstborn son, Zawadi. I have been looking for a place for my son at a certain prestigious government school since last year, 2025. I made every effort for my son to be enrolled at this particular school, but each time I went, I was told they had run out of spaces for new students. I was told by others that some parents pay a significant amount of money or use government officials just to secure a place for their children. Many people tried to convince me how difficult it was to find space at this particular school. I regularly pray with Brother Chris through the 24/7 YouTube prayers, the marriage counselling seminars, and Interactive Prayer Services on Zoom.
“On Sunday, January 18, 2026, just after we arrived home from church, I received a call from the headmistress. She informed me that I should bring my son the following Monday to start school! I jumped, danced, and praised God with my son for favouring us. People of God, this is a school where wealthy and highly respected people from the government send their children. It is an outstanding school with an excellent educational background and discipline. Today, as I am writing this testimony, my son has joined the school without any external help, and we did not have to pay anything extra. He is very happy, as he knows how much we wanted him to join this school. We will continue praying for God’s wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to fall upon my son, Zawadi. I would like to encourage the people of God that there is still room for God’s children, no matter how the world may try to limit us. We were told we could not find a place at such a school without help, but I did not allow that discouragement to limit my faith in Jesus Christ. I remembered what Brother Chris always reminds us: to remain calm and leave everything for God. May we continue to seek God’s heart to know God’s mind in our lives. In Jesus’ name, Amen!”
