“I had basically swapped my relationship for religion – and that is a big problem in the church today. People have swapped relationship for religion and this is why most people walk around like dry sticks – because they haven’t got the reality. They’ve just exchanged it for a list of do’s and don’ts. Let me tell you – there is no power in a list of do’s and don’ts. And it is boring. There is power and an amazing life in a relationship with Jesus. Anything outside of that really is a pale representation.”
