“My name is Jonathan from Mutare in Zimbabwe. I am 55-years-old, married to Christine and we are blessed with three children, Hilda who is 21, Simphiwe who is 16 and Isaac who is 14. We were living under inhumane conditions owing to poverty caused by the spirit of stagnation and financial limitation. I was working but had nothing to show for it. I struggled to provide for my family and pay school fees for the children. My little salary could only pay the rental for a two roomed apartment. It was a very tough life. Because my daughters and son were grown up, my wife and I had to separate when it was bed time. My wife used to sleep alongside our daughters in the first room and I slept by my son in the second room. Our relationship as husband and wife was compromised as we could not sleep together when the children were present. Visitors were not welcome at all.
“But God intervened! I sent a prayer request to God’s Heart TV through an email and was invited to join the Interactive Prayer with Brother Chris twice. When we joined for the prayer, there were network challenges and we struggled to stay connected – but I had faith that even with the connection issues, God had delivered me from the clutches of the devil. In the middle of November 2023, I was advised to prepare to be moved to a company house in a distant location. Before I knew it, on December 1, 2023, a company van was sent to carry me, my family and my belongings to a new place – a very big house with four bedrooms and a very big yard! My children each have a bedroom! My relationship with my wife is now stronger than ever and my wife’s confidence has been restored. I have a big yard to grow vegetables and cash crops. I am also praying for the grace to start a poultry project. Thank You, Jesus Christ! My advice to others is to trust in God for everything. God is able to deliver all His promises.”
