The truth is that the battle in your heart will never end. The thought in our heart is the battle we will face to the last day. Being a Christian does not remove the battle. It doesn’t eradicate the battle. Being a Christian equips you to fight the battle. It doesn’t remove temptation. Being a Christian doesn’t mean you can’t be tempted with the things of the flesh. Of course you can! But being a Christian strengthens you to overcome the battle. All of us who have fallen faced temptation and made a decision. All of us who have not fallen faced a similar temptation but made a different decision.
